Bacon Wonders

Bacon as sculptural material is more durable than one might imagine  15 years after the construction of these pieces the fat has shrunk some but all remain well intact like a slightly greasy leather.

Omentum, or the lacey reticular fat that lines the abdomens of both humans and animals,  is another fascinating material.
